Jeff Yowell, President/Chief Executive Officer, launched his entrepreneurial career in 1992 when he founded DATACORE as a division of a local advertising agency. With Mr. Yowell’s experience, motivation, and focus, DATACORE has grown from two initial employees to ninety by the end of 2005. His abilities to delegate, motivate employees, and provide clients with strategic marketing concepts that utilize integrated tactics of marketing and database management continue to drive DATACORE’s growth. His educational history includes a bachelor of science in business administration degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Dan Carrothers joined DATACORE as its Chief Operating Officer on January 1, 2006. His primary responsibilities include managing all day-to-day operations of DATACORE, managing all operations employees, supporting quality control and client services, business development, and overseeing the processes for hiring, retention and training of employees as a member of the senior management team. Prior to joining DATACORE, Mr. Carrothers spent eight years within various subsidiaries of Bayer. Most recently, he was Director of the Chipco Professional Products group of Bayer Environmental Science where he was responsible for sales and marketing for all U.S. turf and ornamental products, including products for golf courses, lawn care, forestry, industrial vegetation management and sport turf. After merging with Aventis in 2002, Mr. Carrothers grew Bayer's turf business by approximately 25%, accounting for about half of Bayer's overall growth during that period and a strong 30% market share of the sector. Upon his departure, Bayer publicly acknowledged Mr. Carrothers’ leadership, energy, optimism, and passion for people to have played a significant part in Bayer’s consistent market share growth and business success during his tenure. Mr. Carrothers holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario, and an executive MBA degree from Queen’s University in Kinston, Ontario.
Rachel Lupardus, CPA, has been with DATACORE since May of 1997. She joined as Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2004. She currently has operational and strategic responsibilities for accounting, human resources, and general administration. She is responsible for accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls, including bank account management for client check programs. She is also the primary client contact for purchasing and contract negotiations. Ms. Lupardus is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Prior to joining DATACORE, Ms. Lupardus was the cost accounting supervisor at Kirke–VanOrsdel, Inc., a third-party insurance administrator in Des Moines, Iowa, where her responsibilities included costing methodologies, preparation and analysis of a $100 million divisional budget, and new business pricing. Her educational history includes a bachelor of science in business administration degree in accounting from The University of Iowa in Iowa City.
Sarah Williams brought ten years of data mart and relationship marketing experience in the gaming industry with her when she joined DATACORE in 2002. Recently promoted to VP of Account Service, she is responsible for providing strategic direction and data management expertise by displaying collaborative leadership for all DATACORE clients. Ms. Williams has a solid track record of sustained account support, resourcefulness, and a strong sense of urgency. She is an exceptional collaborator with both internal and external stakeholders, is innovative and creative when it comes to developing client value, and fosters an exceptional sense of teamwork. Ms. Williams holds her teams fully accountable for their work and demands excellence for the client and DATACORE. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville.
Silas Eubanks is the Director of Technology Services. He is responsible for the operations of the company's Information Technology department. He leads a direct-report team of seven employees and has further responsibilities for around forty-five IT personnel. He has over 25 years of Networking, IT Security and Communications experience. Silas served over 23 years in the U.S. Air Force and had management roles in telecommunications, networking, security and data processing departments. Silas’ private sector experience includes management of network and systems departments for TWA and American Airlines and management of Information Systems Security for the GMD department of The Boeing Company. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
Denny Kolvek has been with DATACORE since 2003 in the role of Director of Response Services. He is responsible for the daily activities and overall direction of the company's contact center, data entry and fulfillment divisions. His division’s projects include processing business reply cards (BRCs), returned mail, rebate promotions, reward programs, loyalty processing, and product and literature fulfillment. In addition he oversees inbound and outbound contact center activities. To accomplish these objectives, Mr. Kolvek leads a direct-report team of four employees and has further responsibilities for roughly sixty account support representatives. He brings 15 years of experience in management and operations to DATACORE, and his résumé includes companies such as Imagyn Medical Technologies, Sprint PCS and Mutual of Omaha.
