DATACORE Marketing Extends KnowledgeBase Marketing's Capabilities
Richardson, Texas (March 26, 2007) — KnowledgeBase Marketing, a Wunderman company and leading provider of direct marketing services, has acquired a 51 percent interest in DATACORE Marketing. Kansas City-based DATACORE Marketing is a marketing services company with a track record of working closely with clients to develop marketing solutions that drive sales and improve marketing program ROI. Founded in 1992 by Jeff Yowell, DATACORE has amassed an impressive list of Fortune 500 companies that attest to its ability to provide a measurable return on investment for the client's marketing expenditure.
DATACORE's services combine marketing strategy, data management, program management, and reporting and analytics into an integrated marketing solution. Its business model is unique in that it combines strategic marketing, data and fulfillment services traditionally not found with a single provider. Now part of KnowledgeBase Marketing, DATACORE management and staff will remain in their current positions and continue to operate from their headquarters in the Kansas City area. Jeff Yowell, president and CEO of DATACORE, will maintain 49 percent equity interest in the business and will continue to be actively involved in running the business going forward. KnowledgeBase Marketing has the option to acquire the remaining ownership in future transactions.
